When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, contact details, event information, and anything you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use enquiry information only to respond, understand your event, prepare proposals, and provide requested planning or design services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, client relationships, and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@evermoregatherings.in.
